Trinity Hospice and home health came to life after 30+ years of serving the El Paso community in the nursing home, assisted living, and skilled nursing capacity. We love our El Paso community and want to continue to help families and patients.

Hospice care is not about giving up, but rather letting others step in to help live each day to the fullest. We want to work together with patients and families, creating a personalized care plan to help support quality of life, and to make the most of each moment together.
