Getting started

Knowing when it is time to seek hospice care is an emotionally trying time and a difficult decision to make. Trinity of El Paso wants you to fully understand what goes into hospice care, and the impactful benefits it can bring. These moments do not have to be troublesome.

Hospice services are available to patients who have been diagnosed with a terminal illness and have a prognosis of six months or less. At Trinity of El Paso, our mission is built on establishing a proper and complete understanding of the needs of our patients and their families.

Under hospice care, our team will structure a plan of care that achieves the goals of our patients and their families.

The Trinity team

Our interdisciplinary team includes physicians, nurses, aides, a chaplain, social workers as well as our Medical Director.

The Trinity team leads a compassionate effort to guide you through hospice care. Our coordinated efforts aim to raise your loved one’s quality of life during a time that can be worrisome and overwhelming.
