For Families
Caring for a loved one
We understand how having a loved one with a life-limiting illness can impact your life. We specialize in easing that burden. There are solutions to your questions and concerns, and we’re here to provide you with those solutions. The more you understand what your loved one is going through, the richer and more meaningful your time together will be.
Family's role
The family plays a major role when it comes to hospice care. The challenges you face during this difficult time can become overwhelming. Our team is not here to take over your plan of care for your loved one. Rather, Trinity is here to support and educate you so that you can make this time precious and wholesome. Our hospice team includes nurses, doctors, a chaplain, and social workers, and they are there to listen, encourage and provide professional guidance. We strive to give family members the ability to make the most of each and every day as you celebrate the life of your loved one.
Trinity’s hope for families
We hope our guidance can calm the storm. Whether it be anxiety or frustration, we’re here to ensure you don’t experience those upsetting and uncomfortable feelings when seeing your loved one endure through a life-limiting illness. The support we provide is meant to help you enjoy the time you have with your family members. We want to help you create a quality of life for your loved one that allows for laughter and joy instead of sadness or frustration. We understand this can be an emotional time -- the journey you find yourself in is a difficult one. We want to provide you with all you need to fulfill and honor your loved one’s wishes.
